Wisconsin TPA Reaches West
The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), has announced the acquisition of 401(k) Administrators out of Las Vegas.
“The acquisition of 401(k) Administrators furthers our corporate strategy of accelerating the growth of our retirement plan administration business,” said Matt Schoneman, chief operating officer, at Port Washington, Wisconsin-based TRA. Schoneman added that 401(k) Administrators is a good fit with TRA’s focus on client service and strengthening leadership in the retirement plan services market.
The Retirement Advantage is an independent third-party administrator (TPA), offering business and individuals a range of products and services, including retirement plan administration and consulting services. The firm’s Web site also lists Appleton, Wisconsin, and Columbus, Georgia, locations.
The Retirement Advantage delivers service to 3,400 retirement plans and 185,000 participants nationwide.
