WIPN Names 2025 Board of Directors
The 14 new board members will help shape the direction of the group advocating and advancing women in retirement.
WIPN—We. Inspire. Promote. Network.—the advocacy organization for women working in the retirement industry, has announced its 2025 Board of Directors, which includes 14 members from various financial services firms.
“I am honored to announce an amazing group of industry leaders that champion equity, mentorship, and the power of a united community joining our 2025 WIPN Board,” Roberta Hess, the WIPN’s newly elected president, said in a statement.
The 2025 WIPN Board of Directors are:

- Christina Tunison, Vice President – LPL Financial
- Tina Schackman, Treasurer – BFSG LLC
- Lauren Hill, Secretary – John Hancock
- Lisa Allen, Member Engagement – Sudden Money Institute
- Ana Chavez, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Ameritas
- Katie Boyer-Maloy, Marketing – Principal Financial Group
- Nicole Corning, National Events – Pathlight Advisors
- Andrea Donaldson, Programming and Research – MSH Capital Advisors
- Deb Rubin, Sponsorship – Deb Rubin, Consultant
- Kara Kidney, Local Chapters (West) – Lincoln Financial
- Christina Gregory, Local Chapters (East) – Nationwide Financial
- Kim Ryan, Operations – My Corporate Ally
- Rosalyn Brown, Past President – Principal Financial Group
Looking ahead to 2025, WIPN stated that key initiatives include the launch of an online job board. The organization will also continue to grow its Allies in Action program and develop its mentorship and executive coaching program.
Hess replaced former President Rosalyn Brown, whose term ended after she saw the organization through its 15-year anniversary earlier this year.
WIPN currently has more than 30 local chapters, 45 corporate sponsors and more than 1,500 active volunteers.
