Wilshire Comparison Adds State Street Funds
The move will enable investors using the comparison service to better assess asset allocations and conduct peer-based benchmarking, according to a joint statement from the firms.
The Wilshire Trust Universe Comparison Service now includes nearly all of State Street’s institutional clients and funds of consulting firms that participant in the State Street fund universe. Clients will benefit from expanded comprehensive data and enhanced peer comparison capabilities on my.statestreet.com, State Street’s client portal, according to companies.
“Wilshire TUCS now is an even stronger universe providing comprehensive information on the effects of risk, allocation and style,” says Mark C. Hansen, president of Wilshire Analytics, a business unit of Wilshire Associates.
Jeff Conway, executive vice president and head of State Street Global Exchange, says the addition of integrated data within the existing system meets market demand for custom indices and benchmarks that can be tuned to specific investment strategies.
Wilshire TUCS is a cooperative effort between Wilshire Analytics and various custodians. The service also includes observations provided by clients of consulting firms that participate in other Wilshire universes.
State Street Global Exchange delivers proprietary data, insights, analytics and trading solutions.
