Wagner Law Group Opens New York Office

The Wagner Law Group, specializing in ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation and estate planning, has opened a New York office, near the city of Buffalo.

Managing Director Marcia Wagner announced that the new branch is headed by Stephen M. Newman, Esq., who focuses on tax, estate and asset protection planning. A former chair of the New York State Bar Association Trust and Estate Law Section, Newman is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is listed in Best Lawyers of America. He is expected to split his time between the New York and Florida offices.

Geri A. Zamber, formerly of the Nixon Peabody law firm, comes to the New York office with more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal in tax planning, corporate matters and employee benefits. Eugene F. Pollingue, Esq., an attorney who focuses on tax issues in estate planning, is resident in the Florida office.

The Wagner Law Group, founded by Wagner in Boston in 1996, also has a Florida office which opened in April. The firm has 19 attorneys, and clients in more than 30 states and several foreign countries.
