Lisa Smith, senior vice president and head of national accounts for Fidelity Workplace Investing, was part of the founding of We Inspire. Promote. Network, or WIPN, nearly 15 years ago. She talks with PLANADVISER’s Natalie Lin about the organization’s early days bringing women in retirement together and its current position as an industry-leading nonprofit with 1,500 member women, 5,500 subscribers (women and men) and 32 regional chapters across the U.S.
