Built exclusively for retirement plan advisers, Wells Fargo Asset Management offers a program called The Science of Satisfaction, which packages plan sponsor survey findings into what sponsors value with actions steps to help advisers deliver. To compare and contrast with the original sponsor survey findings, Wells Fargo Asset Management recently conducted a new survey of PLANADVISER subscribers, which revealed there are disconnects between what sponsors value and the actions advisers are taking. The following are highlights from the survey findings.

To develop insight into what services advisers offer that deliver greatest plan sponsor satisfaction, PLANADVISER invited subscribers to participate. Survey responses were collected in December 2016 from 248 retirement plan adviser subscribers.
