The Standard Hires New Retirement Plan Consultant
Christopher Hale has joined The Standard as a retirement plan consultant for the Central sales region.

Hale will support advisers in the western and southern Chicago suburbs as well as Rockford and southwestern Wisconsin. He will be based in The Standard’s Schaumburg, Illinois, office.
Hale has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and retirement plans. For the past 12 years, he served as vice president and senior adviser for Schechter Investment Advisors, where he was a founding member and leader of the retirement planning practice. Before Schechter, Hale worked on the sales teams for Munder Capital Management, Prudential Securities and The American Funds Group.
Hale holds a bachelor’s degree in justice from American University, as well as FINRA Series 7, 65 and 63 securities licenses.
