Technology Provider Releases Common Remitter Solution
PlanServe Data Systems has released a new technology platform for supporting common remittance, compliance, and other data requirements of 403(b), 457, and other multi-vendor employer benefit plans.
Relevant Remitter’s content manager enables delivery of relevant data to administrators in the terms they need it to comply with new plan regulations, according to a press release. It delivers screens tailored to fit different plan types, rules, and workflows without expensive programming and retesting, and also allows white labeling of the employer’s or vendor’s view of the processed data for delivering branding at different levels.
Relevant Remitter allows administrators to set up workflows, processing rules, custom reporting, and enhanced data management controls to streamline the processing between investment providers, plan sponsors, and administrators. The system is SPARK-compliant (see “Majority of 403(b) Providers Use SPARK’s Data-Sharing Best Practices”).
“This will allow service providers using Relevant Remitter to improve service levels and deliver enhanced services at lower costs,” said PlanServe CEO David Kennedy, in the release.
Relevant Remitter includes an integrated File Exchange Portal for collecting and distributing files in a secure manner. Relevant It uses a scalable, browser-based platform that is available as a local installation or as software as a service (SaaS).
