Swett Joins USI Consulting in Retirement Services Role
USI Consulting Group named Erica Swett as Vice President of Retirement Services, based in Dallas, Texas.

A news release said Swett will also be servicing USI Consulting Group’s Houston, Austin, and New Orleans offices. Swett will primarily be responsible for assisting local companies in maximizing their retirement program potential.
Prior to joining USI Consulting Group, Swett spent 10 years at Prudential Retirement, most recently as Vice President, Regional Sales Director, where she was responsible for new business development and client relations in the South Region.
Swett has an M.B.A. in Management from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and a B.S. degree in Management from Franklin Pierce College.
