Strategic Investment Names Unit Director

Harris will lead the health care solutions group, a new position.  According to a statement from the firm’s managing director, Harris has decades of investment knowledge across public and private markets, and expertise in consulting and developing customized solutions for a broad range of investors in alternatives and public markets. 

Prior to joining Strategic, Harris was managing director at Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments. His previous roles have been director at Bridgewater Associates, and director at Citigroup Alternative Investments division. 

Early in his career, Harris worked for Boston Consulting Group in the consumer goods and services practice, spearheading strategy development and projects for C-level executives at multiple major multi-national corporations. 

Harris holds a bachelor’s degree awarded with honors from Essex University in Colchester, U.K., and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
