Sapers & Wallack Adds Retirement Head

Rob Corlito joined the retirement plan services division at Sapers & Wallack, an employee benefits and financial services consulting firm in Newton, Massachusetts.

Corlito takes on leadership of the retirement plan services division as a vice president. He has worked in the retirement plan services field for more than 20 years and specializes in providing customized support solutions for plan sponsors of corporate and tax-exempt retirement plans. He also focuses on providing comprehensive fiduciary governance services to qualified plan clients.

Aviva Sapers, president and CEO of Sapers & Wallack, says the firm hopes to leverage Corlito’s expertise in investment management due diligence processes.

Most recently, Corlito was a consultant for Fiduciary Investment Advisors (FIA), where he managed a book of retirement plan clients and helped to grow the firm’s Boston office location. Before joining FIA, he spent 16 years at Cammack LaRhette Consulting as a vice president of investment services. At Cammack, Corlito was responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s comprehensive investment due diligence processes.

Corlito earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northeastern University. He earned the chartered retirement plan specialist designation from the College of Financial Planning and was recognized in PLANSPONSOR’s Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors list in 2010 and 2012.
