Plan Sponsor Advisors Adds Consultant
Thomas Harty has joined Plan Sponsor Advisors in a new senior consultant position, according to Jennifer Flodin and Donald Stone, co-founders of the Chicago-based retirement and investment consulting firm.
Harty has worked in the retirement plan field for nearly 18 years and has particular experience with defined benefit, defined contribution, 403(b), hospital, higher education, and government plan design and investment analysis, the firm said.
For the last several years he has worked for mid-sized consulting firms servicing clients in the Midwest. Prior to that, Harty was a vice president at Fidelity Investments where he was a business development leader in its Institutional Retirement business specializing in tax-exempt organizations. He has also held positions at Morgan Stanley, Prudential, and Born Capital.
