New York Life Retirement Launches Redesigned Web site
The revamped site combines enhanced navigation with a comprehensive view of multiple retirement plans a sponsor or adviser may have with New York Life. Nearly half of New York Life’s 350 plus mid-market sponsors have multiple retirement plans with New York Life, and should benefit from the Web site’s consolidated view of defined contribution, defined benefit, executive benefits, and profit sharing plans, as well as core functionality that is at the sponsor and participant level rather than a plan level, according to the company.
The Web site facilitates key user behavior by streamlining navigation and making at-a-glance metrics available to sponsors and advisers. Users can quickly access participation rates, asset levels, deferral rates, loan activity, investment performance, and participant behavior. The site is user-friendly, displaying different levels of information depending on the user’s log-in credentials.
