Mercer Adds to DC Specialty Practice
Giuliana Rivers joined benefits consulting firm Mercer within its defined contribution (DC) advisory practice.

Rivers is tasked with providing operational and investment advisory support services to Mercer’s defined contribution plan clients in Houston and throughout the central U.S. markets. She reports to Michael Barbour, a Mercer partner and Houston health and benefits practice leader.
Rivers joins Mercer from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where she served as senior client relationship consultant and helped manage a number of DC and defined benefit (DB) plans. She has also held related positions at Principal Financial Group and Morgan Stanley.
Rivers earned a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
