MassMutual Names Rocky Mountain Managing Director

MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division announced the transition of Bruce Jensen as managing director.

 

Jensen will be responsible for business development and sales support of MassMutual’s third-party and dedicated distribution channels focusing on mid-market retirement plans. He is partnering with MassMutual sales directors Patrick Alfano and Kiley Robinette to cover the Rocky Mountain region, including Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Jensen will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will report to Tanya Jones, western divisional sales manager with MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division. 

Jensen served as regional sales director with The Hartford’s Retirement Plans Group and joined MassMutual January 1 as part of the company’s acquisiton of The Hartford (see “MassMutual Claims The Hartford’s Retirement Business”). Jensen holds a B.S. in Interpersonal Communications and Economics from the University of Utah, his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation, and is Series 7 and Insurance licensed.
