Andresen, now a director-level relationship manager based in Northern California, is responsible for managing large-market customers. He comes to MassMutual from Smith Hayes, where he was an investment consultant and registered investment adviser. Before that, Andresen spent 10 years in benefits consulting and relationship management with Milliman. He holds a BA in psychology from the University of Nebraska, FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and the designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP). Andresen reports to Tom Cremona, a vice president in MassMutual’s retirement services division.
