Manulife Names New Consultant Relations Manager
Manulife Asset Management announced that Nils C. Hegstad, CFA, will join its global Consultant Relations team as Manager.

Hegstad will be based in the firm’s Boston office, and report to Brian Torrisi, Managing Director and Global Head of Consultant Relations. He will support the firm’s relationships with investment consultants in the U.S.
Hegstad comes to Manulife from Columbia Management, where he was part of the product management and consultant relations teams. He earned his B.A. in Music and History from Middlebury College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
“Nils brings a strong background in consultant relations and product management to our team. We are delighted to welcome him to the firm,” said Torrisi. “We continue to expand our institutional business and know that Nils will play an important role in our growth.”
