LCG Associates Adds Consultant

Richard K. Ciccione was hired as a consultant by LCG Associates Inc., an investment consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta.

Ciccione has nine years of industry experience and is based in the Atlanta office, where his responsibilities include investment strategy development, manager due diligence, special research projects, and providing investment advice to clients.

Before joining LCG, Ciccione was a fixed-income trader for Arbor Research and Trading LLC, where he was responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of debt instruments. Previously, he was a fixed-income sales associate for Lehman Brothers Inc. Ciccione was responsible for soliciting investment-grade corporate bonds to institutional investors in the primary and secondary markets. Before working at Lehman Brothers, he was a private client associate at Alliance Bernstein Global Wealth Management, where he supported advisers in providing investment advice and client service.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in education from Bucknell University, and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

CapTrust Advisors Adds to Retirement Group

Ann M. O’Connell has joined CapTrust Advisors of Tampa, Florida, in their institutional retirement group.

O’Connell will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and work throughout the southeastern United States.

She began her career at Coopers and Lybrand in Atlanta after obtaining her undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida and her Masters of Business Administration at Georgia State University. She served five years at A.S. Hansen in Tampa, Florida, before moving to Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she would rise to partner in charge of the Tampa and Orlando markets. She relocated with Price Waterhouse Coopers to become the leader of the Global Benefits Consulting practice based in Atlanta, Georgia, and served there until 2011 when she retired from the firm.
