JPMAM Adds to LDI Team
Erin Spalsbury joins J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Liability Driven Investment (LDI) Solutions group.

Spalsbury is taking on a newly created position as lead portfolio manager for long duration credit-only solutions. She will serve as the lead long credit portfolio manager for institutional clients, concentrating on long credit-only solutions, both traditional benchmark and customized mandates. She will report to Owais Rana, who joined J.P. Morgan in September as business head for LDI Solutions (see “JPMAM Adds Member to Columbus Fixed Income Team“).
Spalsbury joins the Columbus, Ohio-based team with 17 years of industry experience. For the last 11 years, she has been the lead credit portfolio manager on J.P. Morgan’s Mid-Institutional team, providing corporate credit and investment grade floating rate portfolio management solutions to high net worth and Institutional clients. She began her career with J.P. Morgan as a trade assistant on the fixed income trading desk. Spalsbury holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Boston University and is a CFA charter holder.
