John Hancock Funds Adds to Institutional Sales Team
John Hancock Funds hired Kevin Hogan to be managing director.

As managing director, Hogan will focus on the work of consultants and direct corporate clients. He reports to Todd J. Cassler, senior managing director and head of institutional sales.
Hogan most recently served as managing director, institutional mutual funds, with The Hartford, which he joined in 1997. He also worked as an analyst, held several sales positions and served as director of the institutional solutions group for the company. Prior to The Hartford, he worked for Merrill Lynch, Nomura Securities International and Daiwa Securities America.
He holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BS in mathematics from the University of Vermont.
