Five Attorneys Join Groom Law Group
Groom Law Group, Chartered, which focuses
exclusively on employee benefits, hired five attorneys.

Mike Maricco, Michael Del Conte, Allison Tumilty, Nancy Funkhouser McTyre and Mark Carolan have joined Groom.
Previously, Maricco spent six years as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. He participated in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) fiduciary breach cases and major bankruptcy cases affecting the agency.
Del Conte worked for four years in the Employee Benefits Security Administration of the Department of Labor, where he was the subject matter expert on participant fee disclosure regulations.
