Findley Davies Acquires Retirement Plan TPA
Human resources consultant Findley Davies Inc. has
acquired the assets of Columbus Retirement Administrators.

Columbus Retirement Administrators is a Columbus, Ohio, retirement plan third-party administration (TPA) firm that offers open architecture investment availability to the small-plan market. The acquisition will expand Findley Davies’ presence in the small-plan market.
Allan Knaup, president and CEO of Columbus Retirement Administrators, has agreed to stay on with Findley Davies, and all employees of Columbus Retirement Administrators have been offered positions with the company.
“The acquisition provides us new opportunities in the fastest growing segment of the retirement plan business. It positions us for future growth,” said John Weber, Findley Davies’ Managing Principal.
