Fiduciary Benchmarks Launches Business Management Dashboard

Fiduciary Benchmarks has launched the Business Management Dashboard, an open architecture platform where advisers can bring together all of their data and tools to manage client and prospect workflows. Global Retirement Partners is the firm’s first client for the dashboard, offering it to all of its advisers as of September 1.

Fiduciary Benchmarks began developing the dashboard last November. Fiduciary Benchmarks decided that because advisers frequently switch between broker/dealers, they should not have to switch tools as they do so, which led to Fiduciary Benchmark’s decision to create an open architecture platform in house.

“Advisers are being asked to do more with less,” notes Tom Kmak, chief executive officer of Fiduciary Benchmarks. “The Business Management Dashboard will allow them to build efficient, scalable and repeatable workflows that will improve their results with both clients and prospects.”

Fiduciary Benchmarks is creating a series of single sign-on and real-time application programming interface (API) integrations to allow advisers to use whatever tools they desire in the marketplace. The first integrations being built are concentrating on investment analytics and request for proposals (RFP) providers.
