Fidelity Introduces Free iPad App
Investors can download the application specifically designed for the Apple iPad, free of charge, on iTunes

For iPad owners who are also participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans provided by Fidelity, they will now be able to check balances, view positions, year-to-date history, and personal rate of return on their device.
In a statement made to PLANADVISER, Fidelity said they have seen a 140% growth rate of people logging-in to mobile devices using Fidelity Mobile, year over year as of July 31, 2010. They expect these numbers to keep growing. Fidelity Mobile is already compatible with various other devices, such as the iPhone, iPod touch, and Blackberry.
