ERISApedia.com Enhances Audit Prospecting Capabilities

New features allow users to view Employee Benefit Plan Audit Prospecting ReSource firm histories dating back to the 1999 plan year.

ERISApedia.com has announced enhancements to its Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audit Prospecting ReSource.

In particular, the firm is highlighting a new feature that allows a user to view the EBP audit firm history back to the 1999 plan year. This feature will help ERISApedia.com subscribers meet the new Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) requirements to disclose auditor tenure for certain retirement plans maintained by publicly-traded companies.

The feature will also provide insight into any plan auditor rotation strategies of a prospective audit client, the firm explains.

As noted by Timothy McCutcheon, publisher of ERISApedia.com, the enhancement will help subscribers more easily and efficiently comply with the new requirements of the PCAOB.
