ERISA Advisory Council Schedules Meeting
The Advisory Council on Employee
Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans will hold an open meeting at the Department
of Labor (DOL) June 4 to 6.

The council—also known as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Advisory Council—will discuss:
- Locating missing and lost participants;
- Private sector pension de-risking and participant protections; and
- Successful retirement plan communications for various population segments.
The meetings are expected to cover one issue each day in the order listed.
Organizations and members of the public may submit written statements to Larry Good, executive secretary of the ERISA Advisory council, by May 24. Individuals or representatives of organizations who want to address the Advisory Council should forward requests to Good. Oral presentations will be limited to 10 minutes, but an extended written statement may be submitted for the record.
