Dow Jones Unveils New Version of Wealth Manager

Dow Jones has announced the release of a new Web version of Dow Jones Wealth Manager, which it says provides financial advisers with the ability to match news to a client’s investments and professional and personal interests.

A Dow Jones news release said the Client News Match functionality enables advisers to better service affluent clients and prospects with more meaningful communications.

According to the news release, advisers can use the new offering to gather news from the Dow Jones Newswires, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and SmartMoney magazine, as well as national newspapers and 50 publications from Factiva and other sources.

Dow Jones Wealth Manager offers, according to the announcement:

  • scrolling headlines and top stories, covering news and events worldwide, which help advisers stay on top of news that may affect client holdings
  • a saved search function and an alert function that allows advisers to highlight special topics
