Curian Appoints Vice President

Johnson will lead the practice management group and work closely with financial advisers to provide them education, tools and support to manage and grow their businesses. He will be responsible for enhancing Curian’s practice management platform by creating adviser-facing educational content, sales and marketing presentations, tools and resources.

Johnson will also work with Curian’s strategic account’s team to consult and build relationships with the organization’s broker/dealer partners. Offerings will include business consulting and coaching programs that enable financial advisers to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of their practices.

He will be based in Denver and report to Mark Schoenbeck, senior vice president of marketing.

Johnson was previously president at Aloha Retirement Services, LLC, a financial planning and investment advisory firm. Before this role, he founded My Power Unleashed, LLC, where he provided consulting and coaching for independent business owners in the financial services industry. Johnson also served as vice president for AIG Advisor Group in Phoenix and as senior vice president of VIST Bank in Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia Biblical University.
