CBIZ Expands Actuarial and Retirement Business
CBIZ, Inc. has acquired the actuarial and retirement plan consulting business of PSA Insurance and Financial Services.

The acquisition was effective November 1, 2011. PSA Insurance and Financial Services had approximately $1.2 million in revenue for its actuarial and retirement plan consulting business during the past 12 months.
“The acquisition of the actuarial and retirement plan business of PSA is a great cultural fit and business model for CBIZ and complements our existing retirement planning practice in the Mid-Atlantic,” commented Steve Gerard, Chairman and CEO of CBIZ.
