Castle Rock Launches Fee Disclosure Review Service
Castle
Rock Investment Company rolled out the Fee Disclosure Review Service to assist
plan sponsors with 408(b)(2) compliance.

Through the service, plan sponsors are provided with a review of the 408(b)(2) disclosures received from the covered service providers to the responsible plan fiduciaries for completeness; written certification of the results; a fee benchmarking report to assist in determining reasonableness of plan costs; and a one-hour consultation to review the documentation and additional steps if necessary.
