Buck Consultants Hires Global Survey Leader

Scott has joined Buck Consultants, a Xerox company, as leader of the global
survey team and principal in its knowledge resource center.

Scott has developed customized solutions for clients in a variety of industry settings, previously founding his own compensation consulting and outsourcing practice, Lindsay Scott & Associates Inc. He has worked with businesses in the chemical, energy, health care, manufacturing, alternative energy, and public sectors. Scott’s areas of expertise include market/competitiveness assessment, outsourcing, workforce planning, customized software development and custom compensation survey management.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Beloit University and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
He is the vice president of finance for the Atlanta Area Compensation Association and is a member of the WorldatWork Compensation Association.
