BMO Appoints Vice President/Relationship Managers

The Taft-Hartley Services team of BMO Institutional Trust Services named both Scott A. Hockenberry and Tyler Clark as vice president/relationship manager.

 

They report to Kristy Perez, vice president and director of Taft-Hartley Services.

Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Hockenberry is responsible for developing member-directed recordkeeping relationships nationally. Operating out of the Los Angeles office, Clark’s primary focus is on establishing relationships in California and the West Coast region.

Before joining the firm’s Taft-Hartley Services team, Hockenberry worked at MassMutual and ULLICO with Taft-Hartley and Union-related clients. He has more than 15 years of experience serving the customized needs of the labor community and is recognized as a specialist in Taft-Hartley Fund member-directed recordkeeping services. Hockenberry received a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.

Clark previously worked at Union Bank of California and PacifiCare/United Healthcare Inc. with Taft-Hartley and union-related clients. Clark has more than 10 years of experience serving the customized trust and banking needs of the labor community and has a background in business development and client service. He graduated from the University of Santa Barbara and is a certified investment services member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
