ASPire Financial Names 403(b), 457 Head
Mark Luckinbill joined ASPire Financial Services LLC
as head of the firm’s 403(b) and 457 markets.

Luckinbill will focus on leveraging the benefits of ASPire’s open architecture platform to address the growing demand from 403(b) and 457 plans for transparency and conflict-free offerings. One of his goals will be further developing the company’s distribution partner network.
Luckinbill comes to ASPire with 20 years of experience. Most recently, he was the senior vice president for the Southeast territory at ING U.S., managing sales, service and distribution of 403(b) and 457 plans across 13 states with a team that oversaw more than 200 advisers and over 2,000 distribution partners.
ASPire Financial Services provides retirement plan solutions through a customizable open-architecture proprietary technology platform.
