PNC adviser platform to offer Transamerica annuities; 360 Financial partners with Rapacki + Co.; Acorns launches premium tier with GoHenry.
PNC Advisor Platform to Offer Transamerica Annuities, Living Benefits
Transamerica announced it has entered into a business arrangement with financial services firm PNC.
Transamerica’s suite of annuity and living benefit products are now available for PNC customers, including a registered index-linked annuity, the Transamerica Structured Index Advantage Annuity.
For an additional fee, with a Transamerica variable annuity, the Transamerica Principal Optimizer and the Transamerica Income Edge 1.2 optional living benefits are available.
Annuities offered by Transamerica are designed to provide the potential for growth, protection for established assets and income for life, regardless of how the markets may perform.
360 Financial Partners With Rapacki + Co.
Wealth management firm, 360 Financial has partnered with accounting firm Rapacki + Co. to improve the wealth management services offered to their clients.
“We are proud of this partnership with 360 Financial,” Joe Rapacki, Rapacki + Co.’s founding principal, said in a statement. “Their vision, mission and business ethics align with ours, and we look forward to sharing our expertise to help clients maximize their wealth.”
The deal aims to streamline 360 Financial’s wealth management and tax strategy. Under the new partnership, 360 Financial’s clients will have access to integrated planning, personalized tax savings, customized wealth maximization strategies, legacy planning, retirement planning and more.
“We are always looking for ways to improve our services, and this new partnership with Rapacki + Co. will help us manage that,” Mike Rogers, president and founder of 360 Financial, said in a statement. “Rapacki + Co. offers dynamic tax strategy expertise that we are hoping to leverage to the benefit of our clients.”
Acorns Launches Premium Tier, Including Access to GoHenry in US
Acorns, a savings and investing app, announced a new premium tier focused on family, including complimentary access to GoHenry, a provider of financial education for children from ages 6 through 18.
Offered at $9 per month, the Acorns premium tier includes Acorns Early, which allows parents, guardians, family and friends to invest in a child’s future from birth. Parents can set up an automated allowance, make instant transfers, select spending limits and set chores in the app to help kids earn. Kids and teens can set savings goals and keep an eye on their budgets in real time.
GoHenry, a debit card and financial education app, helps kids as young as age 6 learn how to manage money in the real world.
Acorns Premium also includes live Q&A sessions with financial experts and educational content to help adults learn how to invest responsibly. Alongside individual investment accounts, retirement accounts and the option to add individual stocks and ETFs to create diversified custom portfolios, subscribers now also get access to $10,000 in free life insurance and a complimentary will.
