Securian Launches Adviser Loyalty Program

The new program, called Experience More!, offers “best” Securian Retirement advisers access to additional services.

Experience More! gives advisers direct access to Securian’s compliance and investment specialists, updates on plan implementation, and ongoing notifications of client service and support, according to a press release.

“A goal of this program is to help promote our focus on advisers who prefer a highly personalized approach to retirement plans at a competitive price,” said Vincent Giordano, Vice President of Retirement Plan Sales at Securian. “This program is designed not only to thank the advisers who market our retirement plans but to demonstrate the superior service they can expect to receive for repeat retirement plan sales with Securian.’

Kravitz Unveils Cash Balance Info Hotline

Kravitz, plan consultants specializing in cash balance programs, launched a toll-free cash balance hotline for plan intermediaries.

The cash balance hotline, 1-877-CB-Plans (1-877-227-5267), provides advice on design, implementation and management as well as assistance with other general questions, Kravitz said in a news release.

The phones will be staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

“While knowledge of cash balance plans has definitely increased, many advisers, CPA’s and third-party administrators still have questions and need assistance,” said Dan Kravitz, President of Kravitz. “Our goal is that the Cash Balance Hotline facilitates bringing together all parties involved with these plans, to help them understand the opportunities cash balance plans present, and support them in selling and implementing the plans.”
