Consulting Firm Lays out Action Plan for 403(b)s

David K. Young Consulting, LLC, developed a 403(b) Action Plan Checklist to help school districts, universities, and other non-profits identify issues that they need to consider as they work through the complexities of the new 403(b) regulations.

The Checklist includes 18 action items covering the new 403(b) regulations and the increased role of employers concerning investments, transfers, documentation, administration, and participant disclosures.

“New 403(b) regulations mean taking 403(b) plans in new directions. The purpose of this Checklist is to help 403(b) plan sponsors organize and prepare information that may be useful to individuals working to bring their 403(b) plan into compliance,” said David Young, president of David K. Young Consulting, LLC, in a press release.
