Geneos Wealth Management Enhances CRM System

Geneos Wealth Management announced the latest improvement to its technology platform, Artesian CRM 3.0.

The Denver-based broker/dealer said the new Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system automates many of a financial adviser’s normal office functions. Artesian CRM 3.0 synchronizes client data with Geneos’ back-office systems, and has the ability to export data to other applications, such as LaserApp or Microsoft Office, as well as importing data from any text file. The Geneos CRM also has the ability to produce reports off of the Albridge replicated database, according to a press release.

Geneos said the system is part of a full suite of Web-based applications designed to minimize an adviser’s infrastructure investment. In October, the firm rolled out Nexus 2.0, an open-architecture technology platform that automates many of the tasks associated with an independent financial adviser’s business, including account opening, compliance, and reporting (see “Geneos Updates Technology Platform for Advisers“).

Geneos provides financial and estate-planning services through “a select network of registered representatives,’ the company said.
