Towers Watson Opens Investment Office With Three Hires

Jim Neill, Michael Dudkowski and Michael Patalsky join professional services firm Towers Watson from Wilshire Associates.

They are tasked with providing investment services including risk assessment, strategic asset allocation, investment manager research and selection, and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) services.

Neill has 20 years of investment experience serving as an equity trader, portfolio manager and, most recently, a managing director in Wilshire’s investment consulting division. As a director at Towers Watson, Neill is responsible for helping to develop the OCIO and traditional consulting businesses. He earned his MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and is a CFA charter holder.

Dudkowski serves as a senior investment consultant at Towers Watson and will work with both OCIO and traditional consulting clients and prospects. He earned his MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and in 2004 joined Wilshire Associates, where he worked as managing director in the firm’s investment consulting division. He also has experience serving as director for research and fixed-income marketing at Federated Investors Inc. and as principal in the portfolio strategies research group at First Union Corporation, now Wells Fargo.

A senior investment consultant and CFA charter holder, Patalsky will work with both OCIO and traditional consulting clients and prospects. He has nine years experience working at Wilshire, where he held the position of managing director in the firm’s investment consulting division. Additionally, he worked on the plan sponsor side in the benefits investment and financing group of PPG Industries Inc. Patalsky earned his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
