LPL Adds DIVER Advisor
Lumesis’ DIVER Advisor software, a cloud-based platform, was added to LPL Financial’s suite for advisers.

The information delivery and compliance solution delivers data and real-time client account monitoring tools for rating changes, Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) filings and market trade activity.
Other features include tools to monitor, oversee and support time-of-trade disclosure to retail clients for municipal bonds, and real-time insight into client positions through dashboard notifications.
A compliance infrastructure ensures adherence with FINRA, MSRB and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements. The software also assists in addressing regulatory requirements of the Dodd-Frank Act.
