Baden Retirement Plan Services Hires VP
James D. Racine joined Baden Retirement Plan
Services as vice president.

Racine will be located in Baden’s Fort Wayne, Indiana, office and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and growth of the business.
He has more than 25 years experience in the financial service industry. His experience includes leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Group and VALIC, where he focused on driving growth in their retirement plan businesses.
Racine earned his bachelor’s degree in computer technology from Purdue University and holds a number of industry designations including CLU, ChFC, FLMI and NASD 6 and 26 licenses.
