Evercore Buys Calif. Advisory
Evercore Wealth Management LLC announced the completion of
its acquisition of Mt. Eden Investment Advisors in San Francisco.

The agreement was announced in November, under terms that were not made public.
Evercore Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Evercore Partners Inc., is a registered investment adviser with offices in New York, Minneapolis and San Francisco. The firm now has 27 partners serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors and manages client assets totaling $3.8 billion as of September 30. As of that date, Mt. Eden had $645 million in client assets.
