Alston & Bird Adds ERISA Attorney
National law firm Alston & Bird LLP announced that Jonathan Rose
has joined the firm as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office.

Rose joins the firm’s Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Litigation practice. With 20 years of experience in ERISA-related matters, Rose’s clients include multi-employer funds, real estate investment managers, and plan sponsors.
Earlier in his career, Rose served four years as an attorney in the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation’s (PBGC) Office of General Counsel, where he handled the PBGC’s special litigation projects involving unique legal issues and difficult law enforcement cases. He gained further experience at the PBGC handling ERISA issues relating to bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations.You Might Also Like:
