New York Life Revamps Participant Web Site
New York Life Retirement Plan Services has unveiled a redesigned participant Web page.
A news release said the home page and other parts of the site are designed to help corporate and Taft-Hartley defined contribution plan participants find their way around online.
Participants respond to the question, “How can we help you today?” and are directed to the most relevant solution for their needs, including educational content, financial tools, and transactions, New York Life said. Banners and traditional navigation are also available for experienced Web users.
The company said the enhancements use data already stored in New York Life’s system to ensure that solutions offered are relevant and applicable to the individual, their plan, and their history.
The company is planning a 2010 launch for a completely rebuilt participant Web site.
